Classiq Expands in Latin America with Quantum AI Research Initiative
Classiq is expanding its presence in Latin America through a new quantum AI research initiative focused on advancing biomedical imaging and digital pathology. Together with Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and leveraging our integration with CUDA-Q and great partnership with NVIDIA, we are launching a collaborative research program to develop and evaluate hybrid quantum AI approaches for biomedical image analysis
The project brings together quantum software engineering, machine learning, computational pathology, and regional research expertise to explore hybrid quantum algorithms for challenges such as kidney lesion classification, automated glomerular segmentation, and semantic pattern search across histological slides. This initiative reflects the growing momentum behind quantum computing in Latin America and the practical research paths now emerging at the intersection of quantum, AI, and health innovation.
