Grosvenor has made two investments into new proptech scale-ups Wint and REalyse
Wint is a water management application that uses artificial intelligence (AI) and real-time monitoring to reduce risk, operational costs and water consumption; while residential data platform REalyse uses data analytics to help companies and consumers make better decisions and improve strategic planning.
The investments were made through Grosvenor’s venture investment team, which has injected £10m into scale-up businesses and venture capital (VC) funds to support its commercial and sustainability ambitions.
The investments in Wint and REalyse follow trials through Grosvenor’s Future+ innovation programme. The REalyse investment follows a year-long trial with its private credit team, which plans to deploy £900m in the next 10 years.
